Refund policy
We believe that you will be delighted with your product, but on occasion you may want to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. We accept returns within 14 days after the day you received the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
We offer a returns portal for your convenience. If you choose to use this service, a fee of £5.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipping label.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
